Here are 2 links to Apps that you can download. They are free. You just need the internet to play.

FCE(2) EXAMS APP
The app is really easy to download and no registration is necessary.
It includes 19 exams with reading and comprehension questions
You will be able to check their answers and retake the exams if they want to obtain better results
Gaps provided have drop down lists
The levels are a little difficult, but you can retake it and you can improve significantly.
I checked to see if it can be downloaded on a laptop, but it can't.
The App is for use of English and Reading and is in 7 parts with a mixture of text types and questions
Because it's free, it does have a lot of pop up adds
