I hope you are well. I know that for many of you the trickiest aspect of the Use of English component is knowing all the phrasal verbs. So, this is what we are going to focus on today :)
First of all, I would like you to know that native English speakers do not know ALL phrasal verbs - it is nearly impossible! Phrasal verbs are part of the English language and there are several hundreds of them. So, you are only expected to know the most commonly used Phrasal Verbs for your Cambridge Examinations. Please be aware that for the PET (B1) Exam you will not be expected to do exercises about phrasal verbs, but they will appear in your other components. However, for the FCE (B2) and CAE (C1) Exams, you will have specific exercises that test your knowledge of Phrasal Verbs in the Use of English Components.
According to the Cambridge Examination Board, this is a list of Phrasal Verbs you are expected to know for the "First Certificate for Schools" Exam (B2 Level).

In my opinion, the best way to learn phrasal verbs is little by little. Memorising a list of phrasal verbs may be useful the day before an exam; however, if you want to assimilate phrasal verbs (in other words: begin to use them yourselves when you speak), I recommend that you see them as part of everyday English. So perhaps, with these resources you can aim to learn a new phrasal verb every day?
I recommend that you keep a little notebook (or alternatively an online Google Docs) where you write down all the phrasal verbs you are learning. In this document, you should include the following: the phrasal verb, its translation into Spanish, and an example of how to use the phrasal verb (to give you context).
This online dictionary (Oxford Learner's Dictionaries) is an excellent resource if you ever need to check the meaning of a Phrasal Verb or how to use it.
