Meet New Language Assistant Daisy!

Diligent. Determined. Dauntless. These are three adjectives that would best describe myself.

Growing up in a not so well-off family, I always had to work hard to get all A's to land scholarships for private schools we could hardly afford. Luckily, I was able to graduate with honors and get into Xavier University which paved this opportunity to be a Language Assistant here in Spain, thanks to that diligent younger Daisy.

I have always been that kind of person who get what I want when I set my mind to it. As they say, people succeed because of sheer grit and determination. That's what my second name, Dianne, stands for.

Lastly, being determined comes with being fearless to face whatever trial that come your way. I may look delicate on the outside but I have dealt with tough challenges at a young age—a broken family, academic competition, studying away from my family, and even living in this country all alone. Having this kind of character is a must for a Dadula.

Those are three sides of me: a diligent Daisy, a determined Dianne, and a dauntless Dadula, but that's not everything. I am ready to discover new sides of me as I stay with all of the awesome people in this institution for this school year! May all be well!
